Group Work & Supervision

“This group is an honest exploration of our concerns. To sit with people who talk authentically is rare and creates bonds that don’t necessarily happen in other contexts. I am visible here. ”  – Connection Check-In Support Group participant

We want to feel seen and heard. We want human connection. We want to feel like we belong. With group therapy, you get the best of both worlds: the ear of a trained therapist, and the expertise and compassion of your peers. Members learn about themselves by understanding one another. This collective learning based on interpersonal exchanges is transformative.

Since 2004, I have led a variety of therapy groups, support spaces, and workshops in person and online, including:

    • Coping with Depression
    • Anxiety Management
    • Relationship Skills
    • Anger Management
    • Stress Management
    • Eco-Anxiety Support
    • Motivation and Perfectionism
    • Coping with Antisemitism
    • Bereavement and Grief
    • Women’s Group
    • Older Adult Connection Check-In
    • Spirituality and Mental Health
    • Parenting and Caregiving
    • Art/Journaling Groups
    • Tolerating Uncertainty
    • Meditation on Emotions

Looking for professional support as a group leader? I also offer group supervision, consultation, and training to individuals and organizations interested in facilitating group spaces.
