I believe in the power of inclusion, outreach, and social change, both for the individual and in communities. Over the past number of years, I have expanded my volunteer activity to include more hands-on social activism. I was a Brookline Town Meeting Member (2017-22) and am a current Commissioner for the Brookline Commission for Women. I am the COO for The Pussyhat Project and Welcome Blanket, two nation-wide craftivism initiatives focusing on women’s rights and immigration rights. I am also the founder of Inspo:Expo, Brookline’s Social Action Fair and Got Masks MA. I am a 2020 Massachusetts Commonwealth Heroine, and I was nominated for the 2019 Brookline Woman of the Year and was a 2019 CJP Chai in the Hub honoree for both my clinical and activist roles.
